This Privacy Policy for Central Square Foundation ('CSF') ('we', 'us', or 'our') describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ('process') your personal information when you use our application ('App'), including when you download and use our mobile application (Nipun Teacher App) and any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us. We take the privacy of your information seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains what personal data we collect from you and how we use that data. “Personal information” is any information that can be used by itself to uniquely identify, contact, or locate a person or can be used with information available from other sources to uniquely identify an individual. Please read the terms of this Policy carefully. By using and continuing to use our products and services, you are deemed to have accepted and consented to the terms of this Policy. 1.Collection of Personal Information

Personal Information You Disclose to Us We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our App, participate in activities on the App, or otherwise contact us. Personal information provided by you: The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the App, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include your name, phone number, contact or authentication data, state, district, block, and other information or media you choose to provide. Sensitive information: We do not process sensitive information. Application Data: If you use our App, we may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission: Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's SMS messages, contacts, storage, camera, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings. Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App. If you wish to opt out of receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information. Information Automatically Collected We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name and contact information) but may include device, usage information, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our services and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. This information includes log and usage data. It is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you use our App and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, information about your activity in the App (such as the date/time stamp associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and features you use), and device event information (such as system activity, error reports, and hardware settings). Google APIs: Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies We may store some information, such as cookies, on your device when you visit the App. Cookies are small files stored on your device for future access when you return to our App. This information facilitates your use of the App and ensures that you do not need to re-enter your details every time you visit. You can erase or choose to block this information from your device. Cookies do not contain or capture any personal information. You can configure your browser to alert you when the App is attempting to send you a cookie and allow you to accept or refuse it. Your decision to refuse cookies will not prevent you from using the App but may limit some features. We do not control cookies collected by third-party advertisers. Registering as a Minor Protecting the privacy of minors is especially important to us. We are not structured to attract minors under eighteen (18) years. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect personal information from anyone we know to be under 18 years. If you are under 18, we request that you do not provide us with information. Please seek guidance from your parents or guardians before using our services. We may use personal information for internal assessments, operations, and related activities, including but not limited to: Facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts Providing services and displaying customized content Sending information you have chosen to receive Administering competitions and prize draws Improving customer service and user experience Personalizing user experience and improving our App Sending notifications and maintaining records Reviewing and responding to feedback and submissions Administering, safeguarding, and improving our operations Complying with applicable laws, court orders, or legal processes We may also share your personal information with government agencies or law enforcement authorities as required by law.

3.Sharing Data with Third Parties

We may be required under law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities or other authorized law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to disclose your personal information for verification, prevention, detection, or investigation, including cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offenses.

4.You Sharing Data with Third Parties

Third parties may require you to provide your personal information to access their products, advertisements, and offers. If you visit or register for a third-party product, we may pass some data about your device to that third party. Their use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policy. If you do not want third parties to access your personal information, do not register for or use their services.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We adopt reasonable security practices and procedures, in line with international standards. We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our App. We have implemented adequate and industry accepted processes in compliance with applicable laws, designed to protect Personal Information and maintain security. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Our servers are located in secure server environments. Firewalls and other advanced security technologies are employed to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data. We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may at its discretion employ, contract or include third parties (as mentioned above) external to itself for strategic, tactical and operational purposes. Such agencies, though external to us, will always be entities which are covered by contractual agreements. These agreements in turn include our guidelines to the management, treatment and secrecy of personal information. We, however, assure you that we do not disclose your personal information to unaffiliated third parties which could lead to invasion of your privacy. We maintain reasonable security of our internet connections, however, for reasons outside of our control, security risks may still arise. Any personal information transmitted to us will therefore be at your own risk. However, we will strive to ensure the security of your information. We observe reasonable security measures to protect your personal information against hacking and virus dissemination. While we observe reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Information on our apps/website and internet connections, security risks may still arise for reasons outside of our control such as hacking, virus disseminations, force majeure events, breaches of firewall and secure server software etc. Please note that the above-mentioned measures do not guarantee absolute protection to the Personal Information.

6. Data Retention

We will retain data for a reasonable time and/or as may be statutorily required to be maintained as per applicable law/ or arising out of legitimate purposes as detailed out in this Policy. We shall take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify Personal Information that is no longer needed, including that processed by Third Party engaged by us from time to time.

7. Access, Correction of Personal Information and Withdrawal of Consent

Any modifications / corrections required to the Personal Information can be carried out on the app. In the event you are unable to do so due to lack of functionality or you want to withdraw the consent provided, you may contact the us at the contact details set out in clause 9 below.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy and will post any revisions on this page. When we do, we will post a notification on our App. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
